What You Need to Know
Your new server login details, IP address, and hostname are now available inside your AquaHost Client Area under your service details.
All websites hosted on the Singapore server have now been moved to our upgraded, high-performance infrastructure.
This upgrade brings better speed, higher stability, and improved reliability.
Important Notice for Cloudflare Users
If your domain is connected with Cloudflare, you must update your A-Record to the new Shared IP shown in your Client Area or cPanel.
Updating the IP will prevent downtime and ensure your website resolves quickly on the new server.
If You Notice Any Issue
Please raise a support ticket if:
any of your data did not migrate properly
your website is not opening
you see missing files, errors, or incorrect content
Our team will assist you on priority.
Please report such issues within 48–72 hours.
