Please note that this issue is not from our end, and the Data Centre’s engineering team has not provided any official ETA for full restoration at this moment.
Our technical team is in continuous communication with the Data Centre and is actively monitoring the situation.
As soon as the services remain fully stable for an entire day, we will update all clients through an official announcement.
