As informed on 22/07, we have successfully completed the offshore server upgrade, and all data has been migrated to the new server.

If you're using Cloudflare, you are required to update your domain’s IP address with the new one.
You can find the new IP in either of the following ways:

  • Log in to your Client Area → My Services → Manage Product, or

  • Log in to your cPanel, where the new IP will be visible.

The new IP address will start with 31.57.

Please ensure this update is completed within 24 to 36 hours, and verify that your website and data are working correctly.

 The old server will be deleted on 24/07. After that, no data recovery will be possible. If your site is still pointing to the old IP, it will stop working.
