We would like to inform you that we are currently experiencing intermittent issues with certain domain registry APIs. Due to an ongoing issue at the registry/provider level, registration, activation, transfer, and provisioning of some domain extensions may take longer than usual.

Affected extensions may include (but are not limited to):

• .site
• .xyz
• .shop
• .online
• .store
• Other selected gTLD domains

As a result, customers may experience:

• Delays in domain registration completion
• Delays in domain activation
• Delays in nameserver synchronization
• Delays in domain transfer processing
• Temporary "Pending" order status for longer than normal

Please note that this issue is originating from the registry/API provider side and is currently outside the control of AquaHost. Our team is actively monitoring the situation and domain orders will continue to be processed automatically as soon as the registry services return to normal operation.

Until the issue is fully resolved, we kindly request customers to:

• Allow additional processing time for domain-related orders.
• Avoid placing urgent domain registration orders on affected extensions if immediate activation is required.
• Refrain from submitting duplicate orders for the same domain.
• Wait for further updates from our team regarding service restoration.
