To improve account security and protect all AquaHost client accounts from unauthorized access, we have now implemented a Two-Step Verification (2FA) system with Email OTP authentication inside the AquaHost Client Area.
Once this feature is enabled on your account, every login attempt will require OTP verification sent to your registered email address.
How It Works:
- Whenever someone tries to login to your AquaHost account, an OTP verification email will be sent instantly.
- Without entering the correct OTP, login access will not be possible.
- If the login attempt was made by another person/device, you will also receive security details such as:
• IP Address
• Browser Information
• Device/System Details
This helps you quickly identify unauthorized access attempts and secure your account immediately.
How to Enable Two-Step Verification:
- Login to your AquaHost Client Area
- Scroll down to the AquaHost Exclusives section
- Find:
“Two-Step Verification – Secure your account with Email OTP” - Click on it
- Enable the verification switch/button
Once enabled:
- Every future login will require OTP verification
- OTP will be sent to your registered email address
- Unauthorized users will not be able to access your account without verification approval
We strongly recommend all customers enable this feature for additional account protection and improved security against unauthorized login attempts.
