We sincerely apologize for the recent downtime experienced on our Indian Shared Hosting and VPS servers.
The issue started on the night of 30th, when a technical problem occurred in the datacenter's node network. Our team, along with datacenter engineers, resolved the network issue by around 3:00 AM.
Unfortunately, at around 6:00 AM, a disk failure occurred that affected several VPS containers and data from some shared hosting accounts. Due to the sensitivity of the data, the datacenter involved their Level 3 engineers, who reached by noon and began working carefully on the issue.
Seeing the delay and understanding the urgency, AquaHost purchased a new dedicated server and set it up for all Indian Shared Hosting clients. We began restoring backup data (over 950GB) and, by midnight, we were able to bring back 90% of the websites online.
We truly regret the inconvenience this has caused and thank you for your patience and understanding.
